My style as a therapist is warm, engaged, conversational, and collaborative. I offer a safe, supportive environment so that together we can work to improve the quality of your life. I believe it's necessary and important to pay attention to the meaning we make of things and the stories we tell ourselves. Both these things can substantially impact our wellbeing. Oftentimes shifting our perception opens up the possibilities and solutions that may have been there all along, but we were in too much pain to see.  When emotional pain is relieved, I believe our capacity for healing grows. Renewed vitality, a sense of peace, and greater clarity becomes more attainable.
